Franz Aspelmayr was born in Linz  and was taught by his father. He moved to Vienna in the late 1740's joining the Imperial Court Orchestra as a violinist

Carlo Besozzi was an Italian composer and oboe virtuoso. Son and pupil of Antonio Besozzi, he was the oboist at the Dresden court orchestra from 1754.

Moritz von Dietrichstein was an influential Austrian nobleman, court official and amateur composer in Vienna who served as director of the Imperial Court Library and superintendent of the Court Theatre. 

Jiři Družecký was a Czech composer aboist and timpanist who also composed an Oboe Quartet in G minor  (Oboe, Violin, Viola, Cello) 

Josef Fiala was a Czech composer, oboist, viola da gamba virtuoso, cellist and who held positions in Munich in the court of Elector Maximilian Joseph. He befriended Mozart who then helped him secure a position in Salzburg. When he moved to Vienna he served as a horn player for Nicholas II Prince Esterházy

 

Antonio Rosetti (Anton Rösler) was born in Czechia, a composer and double bass player. He became Kappelmeister to the court of Oettingen-Wallerstein.

Antonio Salieri was born near Verona and spent most of his adult life as a subject to the Habsburg Imperial court in Vienna. 

Josef Triebensee was a Bohemian oboist and composer who studied composition with Albrechtsberger and the oboe with his father Georg who was 1st oboe in the Schwarzenberg Harmonie  and then in the Imperial Harmonie.  He eventually became Kappellmeister to Prince Lichtenstein and then the director of Prague Opera. 

Georg Wagenseil was an Austrian composer born in Vienna who composed for th eImperial court from 1739 an dheld positions as a harpsichordist and organist. 

Johann Went was appointed  principal cor anglais with the Schwarzenberg Harmonie  in 1771 and then 2nd oboe with the Imperial Harmonie 10 years later. He was also a composer of chamber mus

Anton Zimmerman was a prominent Austrian-Silesian composer working mainly in Pressburg as Kappellmeister to the Prince-Archbishop Count Joseph Batthyány.
